Lead, plan, and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously (hospitality, commercial, retail, and F&B).
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules in alignment with client requirements.
Oversee all phases of project execution, from initiation to handover.
Cost & Contract Management
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cash flow, and cost reports.
Manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, and claims in compliance with company policies.
Work with procurement teams to source materials, FF&E, and subcontractors within budget.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Chair regular project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in the UAE fit-out industry.
Proven track record in delivering hospitality and commercial projects (hotels, restaurants, offices, malls, retail, etc.).
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, MEP coordination, joinery, and FF&E integration.
