Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of
fit-out and joinery projects
from concept to completion.
Review and interpret
technical drawings
, architectural plans, and specifications.
Prepare accurate
cost estimations
, BOQs, and project timelines.
Allocate resources effectively and monitor project budgets and schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure all work is carried out as per the company's standards and client expectations.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of UAE experience
in
fit-out and joinery
project management.
Strong knowledge in
reading and analyzing technical drawings
and specifications.
Proven experience in
estimation
, cost control, and project budgeting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD..
