Position: Projects Manager - Fit-out & Joinery

Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), UAE

Salary: Up to AED 25,000

Experience: 8-10 years in the same field

Reporting to: Operations Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Manager - Fit-out & Joinery to oversee and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion. The candidate must have proven expertise in Loose Furniture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), with a strong background in fit-out and joinery works.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage fit-out and joinery projects from start to handover.

Lead project teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Oversee design coordination, material selection, and approvals related to Loose Furniture & FF&E.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Manage site activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Optimize resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) for maximum efficiency.

Handle project documentation, including contracts, variations, and handover documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or related field.

8-10 years of proven experience in fit-out and joinery projects, including loose furniture and FF&E.

Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of joinery production processes, finishing, and installation methods.

Strong client-handling and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
