Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor progress, quality, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. Manage procurement of materials and services as required. Resolve project issues, conflicts, or delays proactively. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Ensure all works comply with contractual specifications and regulatory requirements. Support tendering processes, including bid reviews and contractor negotiations.
