We are seeking a highly organized and experienced

Project Manager (Fit-Out)

to oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, contractors, suppliers, and ensuring all aspects of the fit-out work meet client requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and coordinate all phases of fit-out projects including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction. Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Prepare detailed project plans, risk assessments, and procurement schedules. Oversee site activities to ensure work is progressing as per design and schedule. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Manage project budgets and ensure cost control without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and final project documentation. Conduct snagging, handover, and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in interior fit-out project management - Resedential Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and health & safety regulations. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar).
