We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join a reputed

Fit-Out / Joinery Company

in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end fit-out and joinery projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee fit-out and joinery projects from initiation to handover Plan project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports Handle variations, claims, and final accounts Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

Minimum

10 years of experience

as a Project Manager in

Fit-Out / Joinery companies

Proven experience in managing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Sound knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contracts Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
