Job Summary

The Project Manager (Fit-Out) is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution from inception to handover. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and technical skills with a proven track record in managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or office fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle -- from design coordination and procurement to site execution and handover.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders. Manage client expectations and handle any scope or design changes efficiently.

Cost & Budget Control

Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence to cost plans. Review and approve variations, claims, and invoices. Optimize resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all works comply with design specifications, safety regulations, and company standards. Implement and monitor quality assurance processes throughout the project. Conduct final inspections and oversee snagging and handover procedures.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and coordinate site teams, engineers, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
