Job Title:

Project Manager - Fit Out

Role Overview:

The Project Manager (Fit Out) will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and deliver fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and designers to finalize project requirements. Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor project progress, control costs, and prepare regular progress reports. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and commercial issues. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project delivery. Oversee project closeout, snagging, and handover documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proven experience (5-10 years) in project management of

fit-out / interior works

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project/Primavera) and AutoCAD. Strong financial and cost-control understanding. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
