Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive
Project Manager
with expertise ininterior fit-out projects
to oversee end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out works, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all phases of fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations. Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns. Lead project meetings and site coordination efforts. Conduct quality checks and ensure safety standards are met on-site. Manage procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials. Resolve technical issues and escalate when necessary.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
