We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality interior fit-out works on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate all fit-out activities including design, procurement, and execution.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Ensure client requirements and design intent are fully understood and implemented.
Site Management
Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure smooth coordination between site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Procurement & Resource Management
Coordinate procurement of materials and services.
Ensure timely delivery of resources to site.
Monitor and control resource usage to avoid wastage and delays.
Quality, Health & Safety
Ensure adherence to project quality standards and HSE regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure proper safety practices are in place.
Budget & Cost Control
Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
Prepare cost reports and manage variations or change orders.
Handover & Closeout
Ensure final completion meets client satisfaction.
Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in fit-out or interior contracting.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
