Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fit-Out Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and fit-out project management within the UAE. This role involves overseeing all stages of fit-out projects, from initial planning and design to final execution and delivery, ensuring projects meet client expectations, stay on budget and are completed on time with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of fit-out projects, from planning to final delivery. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations. Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution. Monitor project progress and adjust timelines to meet goals and deadlines. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients. Address project risks and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns. Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery. Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and resolve on-site challenges. Prepare post-project evaluations and identify lessons for future improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
Fit out / Joinery: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* UAE Driving License (Required)
