Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in event production, architectural design, and multimedia integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile cultural, governmental, and entertainment projects from concept to execution, with exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, budget management, tendering, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met.

Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for key clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

Tendering & Proposal Development: Lead the development of technical and financial proposals for RFPs, ensuring compliance and creativity.

Budget Oversight: Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, optimizing resource use and ensuring cost efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, internal teams, and external partners; ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams across design, technical, and operations; mentor junior project managers or coordinators.

On-site Supervision: Attend and manage on-ground execution, including rehearsals, load-ins, and live event supervision.

Post-Event Reporting: Conduct debriefs, reporting on KPIs, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years in project and production management within event management, creative agencies, or architectural/technical environments.

Proven experience working with top-tier clients such as governmental institutions, cultural foundations, or international brands.

Deep understanding of CAD, 3D visualization, rendering, and multimedia tools.

Familiarity with technical production elements: staging, AV, lighting, and show calling.

Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and contract management skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Event Management, or related field.

Professional certifications in Project Management, 3D Design, or Multimedia Tools (e.g., V-Ray, Autodesk, Unreal Engine).

Experience working in Qatar or GCC is a strong advantage.
