Sales Manager

to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on

events, exhibitions, and AVL (Audio-Visual-Lighting) rental solutions

. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is driven by results.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and grow a solid client base across the

events and exhibitions industry

in the UAE. Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to closing and account growth. Offer tailored

AVL rental solutions

for live events, conferences, and large-scale activations. Work closely with project, production, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Maintain relationships with agencies, organizers, venues, and corporate clients. Track market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of sales experience in the

events or AVL rental

sector (agency or supplier side). Strong understanding of

event production, AV/lighting equipment

, and exhibition structures. Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate. Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred. Sales Managers from Event Production Companies, Account Managers from AVL/Technical Service Providers, Business Development Executives in the Events/Experiential Space, Exhibition & Stand Sales Professionals.
