Duties/Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of projects, including design, procurement, construction, and handover Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to deliver within time and cost constraints Supervise and lead project teams to ensure successful execution Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards Prepare detailed project reports and documentation Ensure procurement of materials aligns with project specifications and timelines

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Proven working experience as a Project Manager in a construction field or in interior fit-out projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry and site activities Expertise in AutoCAD Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English is a must

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
