Hermas Interiors LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated

Project Manager Engineer (Male)

to oversee and manage our interior fit-out and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of interior fit-out and construction projects from initiation to completion. Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and work programs. Coordinate with designers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards. Ensure timely procurement of materials and monitor usage against project requirements. Conduct regular project meetings with the team and report progress to management and clients. Handle project documentation, contracts, and authority approvals. Resolve project-related issues, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Male applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage). Minimum

5-7 years of proven experience

in project management within the interior fit-out, construction, or design industry. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and AutoCAD. Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Familiarity with UAE building codes, authority approvals, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
