Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
5+ years of project management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software
Technical Skills:Microsoft Project
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Risk management tools
