Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Real Estate Project Manager to oversee projects from initial planning to final handover. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in construction management, exceptional coordination abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion. Conduct regular site visits to inspect quality and ensure adherence to plans. Develop project timelines, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders. Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., DDA, Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RERA, etc.) for permits, NOCs, and inspections. Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and vendors. Review and approve drawings, permits, and technical documents. Monitor progress and provide regular reports to senior management. Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement contingency plans as needed. Participate in tender processes including technical evaluations and contract finalization. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Strong knowledge of construction methods, local authority regulations, and approval procedures in Dubai. Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Must have experience of G+4 or higher buildings in Dubai. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction software. Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. UAE driving license.
