We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Design Management Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating design-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from inception to completion Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success Oversee resource allocation and optimise team performance Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations Implement and maintain project management best practices within the Design Management Office Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on design-related projects Proven track record of successful project delivery in a design or architectural context Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Proficiency in design management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management skills Outstanding stakeholder communication and leadership abilities In-depth understanding of design processes, principles, and architectural practices Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
