The Role
As our
Senior Project Manager
you will lead high impact projects from kickoff to completion. You will work across design engineering procurement and production to ensure that every detail is delivered on time on budget and on brief.
You are not just managing tasks. You are driving clarity across stakeholders solving problems before they escalate and delivering work that makes clients want to come back.
This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives on momentum understands complexity and can steer both people and projects with confidence.
What You Will Do
Project Ownership
Lead full cycle delivery of 3 plus concurrent client facing projects
Own project scope schedule budget and margin accountability
Act as the main point of contact for all project communications
Planning and Coordination
Translate client expectations into structured project plans
Coordinate designers engineers suppliers and fabricators to hit milestones
Run internal kickoffs stakeholder updates and supplier meetings
Execution and Quality
Ensure work is executed to Arbitrary standards with a sharp eye on finish detail and feasibility
Track key metrics including timeline margin and scope changes using internal systems
Manage risks proactively with contingency thinking
Collaboration and Process
Partner with Account Managers during contract scoping to validate feasibility and costs
Surface issues early and work collaboratively to solve them
Share learnings and help improve team workflows and templates over time
What You Will Bring
5 plus years experience in project management preferably in fabrication design build exhibitions construction or production
Strong ability to lead cross functional teams and resolve ambiguity quickly
Experience in managing multiple timelines vendors and teams in a fast moving environment
Proficiency in tools like ClickUp or equivalent PM platforms
Background in industrial design engineering architecture or related field is a plus
PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
What Success Looks Like
Deliver
90 percent of projects on time and on budget
within the first 12 months
Manage a minimum of
3 full cycle client projects
in parallel with no major client escalations
Achieve an average
client satisfaction rating of 8 out of 10 or higher
Maintain a
gross margin of 25 percent or higher
on at least 90 percent of assigned projects
Propose and document at least
4 major internal workflow or process improvement
by month 6
