Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in

aluminum and facade systems

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering facade and aluminum projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations, and acting as the key liaison between clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Coordination

Develop detailed

project plans

including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with

architects, consultants, and design teams

to ensure alignment with project specifications and goals. Create and maintain project schedules; ensure that all

milestones and deadlines

are met.

2. Team Leadership

Lead and supervise project teams including coordinators, engineers, and subcontractors. Foster a

collaborative team environment

, promoting communication and proactive problem-solving. Conduct

regular site meetings

to track progress, resolve issues, and implement action plans.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the

primary point of contact

for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong

relationships with stakeholders

, including clients, vendors, and consultants. Provide

regular project updates

, manage client expectations, and address any concerns proactively.

4. Budget & Financial Oversight

Develop and manage

project budgets

, ensuring alignment with company financial objectives. Monitor project costs, manage

variations and change orders

, and ensure accurate documentation. Perform

risk assessments

and implement mitigation strategies to avoid budget overruns or delays.

5. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all works comply with

industry standards, building codes

, and

health and safety

regulations. Implement and supervise

quality control processes

throughout project execution. Conduct

site inspections

and resolve any quality or compliance issues in a timely manner.

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain complete and organized

project documentation

, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and reports. Prepare and present

progress reports

to senior management, highlighting milestones, risks, and solutions.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture

, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

10 years of project management experience

in the aluminum, facade, or construction industry.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

facade systems, aluminum curtain walls, cladding

, and

glazing techniques

. Proficient in

project management software

(e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Working knowledge of

AutoCAD

or related design tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong

leadership and team management

capabilities. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and client-facing

skills. High level of

problem-solving and analytical thinking

. Familiarity with

construction safety

practices and regulations.
