Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Construction Project Manager

to lead and manage all phases of high-rise construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, JAFZA, DSO), and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases: initiation, execution, monitoring, and closeout Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets Oversee on-site construction, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution Manage all project documentation, contracts, permits, drawings, and reports Conduct regular site inspections and progress evaluations Lead project meetings and ensure transparent communication across all levels Control project costs, monitor change orders, and ensure budget adherence Foster a high-performance, safety-focused project environment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in UAE-based construction project management (preferably high-rise buildings) Proven knowledge of DM/DDA/Trakhees/Nakheel/JAFZA/DSO authority regulations Expertise in construction methodologies, building codes, and safety practices Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in project scheduling software and documentation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification Experience with green building standards and sustainability practices Previous success managing large-scale Dubai construction projects

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month

License/Certification:
