Job description:

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: Minimum 10-15 years UAE experience in high-rise building projects

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master's preferred)

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete execution and delivery of high-rise building projects -- from planning and design coordination to handover -- ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

*Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of high-rise building construction, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.

*Supervise and coordinate the work of project engineers, site managers, subcontractors, and consultants.

*Review design and structural drawings to ensure feasibility, compliance, and constructability.

*Prepare and monitor project schedules (using Primavera P6 or MS Project) to ensure timely delivery.

*Control project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other regulatory authority requirements.Manage quality control procedures in coordination with QA/QC teams.

*Oversee site safety compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.

*Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

*Prepare periodic progress reports for management and stakeholders.

*Lead project close-out activities, including testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Skills & Qualifications:

*Strong leadership and team management skills.

*Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

*In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, structural systems, and fit-out processes for high-rise buildings.

*Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).

*Familiar with UAE construction standards, building codes, and contractual procedures (FIDIC).

*Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

*Successfully completed at least one high-rise building project (40+ floors) in Dubai or the UAE.

*Experience working with international consultants and main contractors.

*Sound understanding of value engineering and cost optimization techniques.
