Project Manager - Construction (Civil Engineer Background)

We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Project Manager

with a Civil Engineering background to oversee site operations and ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Lead full on-site implementation of the project, ensuring compliance with

QHSE standards

and

local authority regulations

. Monitor and enforce

safety protocols

and take corrective actions against violations. Oversee

daily site visits

to assess work quality, safety, and progress. Ensure protection of the environment and adherence to company sustainability practices. Coordinate project scope and objectives with stakeholders to ensure

technical feasibility and client satisfaction

. Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensuring timely execution of all works as per the project schedule. Communicate professionally with

clients, consultants, and head office

. Prepare and issue

monthly valuations

,

subcontractor payment certificates

, and project documentation on schedule. Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Authority



Evaluate and appraise subordinates. Recommend hiring or termination of project staff. Approve and adjust daily work programs.

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Proven ability to manage

construction projects from start to finish

. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficient in

MS Office

; ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Self-driven, organized, and able to perform under pressure.
