. The candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, including planning, execution, coordination, and control of civil works from construction through handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of
high-rise civil construction projects
Develop and monitor
project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities
Oversee site execution, ensuring works comply with drawings, specifications, and standards
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or related discipline
8-10 years of experience
as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer on high-rise projects
Strong experience in
reinforced concrete structures and vertical construction
Proven ability in
team leadership and stakeholder coordination
Good knowledge of UAE construction practices, codes, and approvals
Strong communication and reporting skills
