Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Planning Manager

to oversee the scheduling and planning activities for our high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have

a minimum of 7 years of proven experience

in the construction of

high-rise structures

and be proficient in project planning tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules for high-rise construction projects using Primavera P6 or equivalent software. Monitor project progress, identify critical paths, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress and update schedules. Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead programs for stakeholders. Conduct risk analysis and suggest mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines. Maintain documentation and record of all planning activities and updates. Evaluate and analyze construction methods, work sequences, and resource allocations to optimize project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 7 years' experience in planning high-rise building projects

. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations is preferred.
