Job Description
Salary: AED 20,000 - 25,000 + Family Benefits
Overview:
The Construction Manager (Civil) for high-rise projects oversees the on-site civil construction activities, ensuring project completion within scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities for high-rise buildings.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Monitor construction progress and prepare progress reports.
Review drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Resolve on-site technical issues and implement solutions.
Liaise with project management, clients, and consultants.
Control costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
Extensive experience in civil construction for high-rise buildings in UAE.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality assurance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
