Project Manager (Civil) - Minor Construction Projects (Warehouses)
Experience: 5+ years UAE Experience.

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager (Civil)
with a strong background in construction management -- from
foundation works to final handover
. The role is specifically for
minor construction projects such as warehouses
, and candidates with
previous warehouse construction experience
will be
preferred
.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities.
Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely and quality execution of work.
Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and HSE teams.
Obtain necessary work permits and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
Prepare and manage
material submittals
, approvals, and delivery schedules.
Monitor project progress and prepare
daily/weekly reports
.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project completion within the agreed timeframe.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of warehouse construction methods and materials.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
