Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in

Civil Engineering

to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of

4-5 years of project management experience

, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the civil engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver civil engineering projects on time and within budget Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, construction, and external consultants Manage project scopes, schedules, resources, and budgets Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and senior management Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and foster strong working relationships Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 4-5 years of proven experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts efficiently PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory) Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
