Job Title : Associate Manager - Civil Engineering
Job Location : Abu Dhabi
Duration : 4 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil projects from concept to completion.
- Check structural systems designs, ensuring code compliance, and ensure compliance with AD governmental authorities and KEZAD standards and approvals.
- Conduct reviews of structural designs.
- Prepare detailed scopes of Work and packages for various Civil projects.
- Issue Non-Objection Certificates (NOCs) for projects involving governmental and non-governmental entities.
- Issue permit request process for Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.
- Review and ensure the technical accuracy of all documents and submittals.
- Bachelor's degree in civil/Structural Engineering
- 15 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
- Experience and knowledge of AD governmental regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, regulatory bodies, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
