The ideal Project Manager will lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions, managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop scalable solutions, and troubleshoot issues. Your leadership will motivate team members and drive successful outcomes, contributing to the overall success of our Salesforce initiatives.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in project management.
• Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with willingness to travel on a mission basis.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Effective time management and estimation skills.Proficient technical skills.
• Advanced capabilities in capturing requirements, making recommendations, and optimizing implementations to align with business goals.
• Demonstrated experience with tools, methodologies, budget management, reporting, staffing, client relationship management, and project scoping.
• Strong team management skills.
• Self-confidence, ability to motivate teams, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Proficient in task assignment, delegation, deadline setting, and leading by example.
• Knowledge of Salesforce; Salesforce Certification is preferred.

• Lead a team to successfully deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget, motivating team members to take ownership and achieve success.
• Define project objectives and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to targeted costs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate across teams to align projects with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations.
• Ensure the team utilizes project management software and tools effectively for tracking and managing projects.
• Plan, allocate tasks, and execute projects efficiently.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
