Position Overview
ADNOC Group is hiring a Project Manager for major oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on managing large-scale engineering and construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery in line with HSE standards, ADNOC's Value Assurance Process, and long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of major oil and gas projects in alignment with ADNOC's HSE and Value Assurance Process requirements.
• Develop project management frameworks, procedures, and guidelines ensuring best practices and international standards.
• Lead planning and execution of long-term strategic projects, coordinating with internal teams, PMC consultants, authorities, and ADNOC Group companies.
• Review feasibility studies, proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee contractor performance, review progress certifications, validate invoices, and support acceptance testing.
• Monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, quality, and schedule through all phases to final handover.
• Provide senior management with regular progress reports, risk assessments, and recommended corrective actions.
• Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies including constructability, procurement, LLIs, commissioning, and resource constraints.
• Ensure project registers, documentation, and MoC processes remain current, accurate, and aligned with ADNOC standards.
• Manage major project changes, variations, and technical deviations to minimize delays and cost impacts.
• Support development and execution of long and short-term operational plans, budgets, performance indicators, and departmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing to enhance project delivery and organizational performance.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC's HSE culture, process safety, regulations, and training requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, external contractors, and regulatory entities.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of project execution experience in the oil and gas industry, including FEED and EPC stages.
• At least 6 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity overseeing multi-disciplinary engineering and construction functions.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC's VAP, QMS principles, and oil and gas project methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations, HSE frameworks, and engineering standards.
• Ability to manage contracts, variations, disputes, and high-risk project environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
