We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of card systems projects and migrations in the banking sector. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, and coordinating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Strong governance, reporting, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver card systems projects and migration initiatives on time and within budget Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution Develop and manage detailed project plans and ensure alignment with bank and project standards Support reporting by preparing status updates and project summaries Contribute to process improvement and project governance activities

Skills

Strong knowledge of banking sector practices in Qatar and the wider region Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills Skilled in project planning, procurement, reporting, and documentation High attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in English and ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field 5-8 years of project management experience, with a strong background in card systems and banking projects PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required Candidates with a valid QID may be given preference.
