Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Project Manager

with a strong background in the

aluminum and glass industry

. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage aluminum and glass facade, cladding, curtain wall, windows, doors, and glazing projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to plan project workflow and schedules. Prepare and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and local building codes. Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure workmanship quality. Oversee installation teams and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience (minimum [4] years) in project management specifically in aluminum and glass systems. Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain wall, unitized panels, spider systems, skylights, and glazing. Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications. PMP certification is a plus.

High-rise buildings Commercial and residential developments Airports, malls, and infrastructure projects International standards in aluminum & glass systems (e.g., Schuco, Technal, Reynaers, etc.)
