Requirements:
o 10+ years' experience in the aluminum & glass industry.
o Degree in Industrial or Structural Engineering (or related field).
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Ability to acquire new projects and clients.
o Knowledge of quality, safety, and production systems.
Responsibilities:
o Manage daily factory operations and production efficiency.
o Lead teams and ensure quality and cost control.
o Develop strategies to grow factory output and profitability.
o Bring in new projects/business opportunities.
o Collaborate with other departments for smooth project delivery.
