Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of aluminum and glazing projects to ensure timely and quality completion within budget.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Leadership & Team Management
Manage, lead, and motivate project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Allocate resources efficiently and resolve team-related issues to maintain productivity and morale.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and address client concerns proactively.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Develop and monitor project budgets.
Control costs through efficient procurement, resource management, and cost-tracking measures.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential risks early in the project and develop contingency plans.
Monitor and resolve project issues, delays, or quality deviations promptly.
Site Operations & Coordination
Oversee daily site activities and coordinate work across different trades and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Quality Assurance
Implement quality control measures to ensure all works meet project specifications, client expectations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure performance and safety compliance.
Vendor & Procurement Management
Coordinate procurement activities and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to avoid project delays.
Progress Reporting
Prepare and present project reports including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Enforce compliance with
UAE HSE regulations
and company safety protocols.
Foster a safety-first culture across all project sites.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering

Mechanical Engineering

Architecture
, or a related field.

Master's degree

PMP certification

Experience

Minimum of
10+ years
