Job Summary:
The role is the primary support resource to our customers for post order activities which functions as a link between the Sales, Factory, and customers. The role is expected to have/gain a clear understanding on the technical, documentation, project schedule, Inspection & shipping requirements of the customer and should be able to translate these requirements into formats which the manufacturing organisation can understand and work with.

- Assist the regional sales teams in Middle East in executing projects.
- Work as an individual contributor as well as leader of a team.
- Own the order backlog of ME regions.
- Assist the Regional sales teams in fulfilling project documentation, gaining document approvals
and final submissions.
- Support internal and external project Documentation, keeping in line with the deadlines &
qualitative requirements.
- Commercial processing of orders on ERP system.
- Follow up with factories on documentation, manufacturing schedules, shipment and delivery of
order.
- Resolution of return requests and quality issues.
- Extensive interaction with Channel partners and customers by way of face-to-face meetings,
electronic communications or by telephone.
- Travel to customer locations to attend kick off meetings whenever a demand for the same arises.
- Work towards gaining product expertise.
- Maintain professional business relationships with our customers.
- Responsible for documentation process of registering business in various end users.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating data base of all factory documentation required for
registration.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met through efficient expediting.

Job Requirements:
- A full-time degree /diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Material Science, Metallurgy, Production,
or similar engineering streams.
- At least 10 years of experience in managing orders and Projects as Individual contributor as well
as a team leader.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain across Air, Sea and Land.
- Strong understanding of Middle East import - export rules, regulations and documentation process.
- Proficiency in INCO terms 2020.
- Strong network connections with freight forwarders across the region.
- Proficiency in oral & written English communication, Knowledge of Mandarin will be an
advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- At least 3 years operating experience on any ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle, LN or MK).
- Effective communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Available for Travel to customer or manufacturing locations.
- Knowledge in project management reports/charts like GANTT, PERT, PARETO etc.
- Exposure to valves & automation industry (preferred).
- Basic understanding and experience in sourcing (preferred).
