Your role:
As the Procurement and Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of the company\xe2\x80\x99s supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing procurement processes, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating the logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery of the raw materials as well as the products. Additionally, you will optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution to minimize costs and ensure timely deliveries. Effective inventory management will be a focus to maintain optimal stock levels. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also track shipments diligently and address any issues promptly to avoid supply chain disruptions. Moreover, Analyzing end-to-end processes will help identify opportunities for cost and quality improvements. Collaboration with production and planning teams to forecast demand accurately will be crucial. Ensuring compliance with procurement and logistics regulations is essential, and maintaining accurate records is part of your responsibilities.

Must-haves: The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field and have over 8 years of proven experience in procurement and logistics management, Experience in the beverages or consumer goods space is essential. They should demonstrate a strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations. Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software is essential, along with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
