Job Description

Coordinate, supervise and develop offshore crew, plan and delegate daily operations activities, manage and participate in morning calls & daily reports, ensure completion of daily check sheets, monitor equipment condition, supervise and implement the companys Training & Competency plan, develop and maintain a positive HSEQ culture, maintain sound general housekeeping standards on the island.

Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations of companys offshore site . Ensure that maximum uptime on all operating equipment is achieved (safely). . Improve and increase operating efficiency and throughput/uptime of cuttings treatment handling and associated equipment and services. . Manage and participate in morning calls & daily reports. . Plan and delegate daily operations and work allocation. . Ensure completion of daily check sheets. . Manage the operation of process equipment, including the safety aspects of such equipment. . Ensure that routine checks on all plant and equipment are carried out. . Ensure that plant is maintained in good working order through the relevant Company and site operating procedures. . Ensure good operating practices are adopted by all employees through effective communication and operator training. Ensure compliance with written procedures. Ensure that all environmental, safety and quality procedures are followed. . Regularly seek to identify and implement improved ways of working. . Ensure that high standards of housekeeping are maintained on the site at all times. . Ensure site security at all times. Ensure that operational equipment spare stock/stock level is monitored and appropriately managed. . Provide information for "end of well" summary reports. Provide information for monthly Operations Reports

Requirements

Qualifications

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in engineering/ business administration/ industrial discipline or equivalent technical qualification or secondary qualification & equivalent technical experience of at least 5 years in similar role and related field (E)

Minimum 5-6 years total working experience in similar role, with 5+ years managing team / in supervisory role) in relevant sector (energy / oil & gas) and with an aggregate of 4 year offshore/ island based work experience (E)

Benefits

14,500 AED plus AED 150 day rate. (30/30 work rotation schedule)
