Responsible for :
- Support the construction manager in coordinating with Engineers and Supervisors in quantifying total material requirements for the project, ensuring timely order of materials, planning / arranging of material delivered to site.
- Ensuring timely forwarding of DO\xe2\x80\x99s to HO.
Responsible for :
- Getting approved material details to ensure the same are being supplied by the vendor and in line with project requirement.
Responsible for :
- Ensure the materials are stacked in stores acceptable to industry standards. Ensure the delivered material are having quality to endure the duration to be used.
Responsible for :
- Support the project in ensuring that all company and sub contract personnel are complying with AFE HSE Policy.
- Reporting all personal injuries and incidents and assisting with investigations.
- Actively supporting and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
- Ensuring JSAs are completed as required.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping and stacking of material in line with the project standards at all times
- The Project Site Supervisor is to support the project team in accomplishing the assigned tasks within the framework of the company policies and procedures.
