Report directly to the Projects Manager, conducting regular site visits for store renovations and new construction projects.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Carry out routine site inspections to track project progress, verify quality, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, material specifications, and construction requirements.
Possess a sound understanding of both civil works and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
Review project plans and technical documents to confirm accurate implementation on-site.
Manage the close-out process, including compliance with required documentation and overseeing the snagging and de-snagging process with contractors.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Fit-Out Site Supervisor or similar role within the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and best practices.
Valid UAE driver's license is essential.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.
Educational background in Engineering
High attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards.
Can work with high pressure and fast paced enviroment
