Recruitment: Site In-charge/Engineer (Mechanical) - Prestige Engineering L.L.C

Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated

Site In charge/Engineer

to join our team for full-time, on-site roles. The Site Engineer will be involved primarily in site activities, particularly within ADNOC group shutdowns, handling tasks like Re-tubing, R-stamping of equipment, and Erection.

Location:

Various sites across the UAE and occasionally in the GCC region (based on awarded contracts).

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and activities. Plan manpower and allocate resources effectively. Ensure efficient execution of site tasks and compliance with quality and safety standards. Handle site permits and documentation in compliance with ADNOC and client-specific permit-to-work systems. Coordinate with project teams and clients for smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field). Proven experience working at active industrial sites, especially in shutdowns and maintenance projects. Strong skills in project planning and quality control. Expertise in manpower planning and site management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience with ASME, API, and related industry standards are mandatory.
