Production In-charge (JOINERY & FIT-OUT)

We are URGENTLY looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production In-charge to oversee our factory, which employs 75+ workers including supervisors, carpenters, painters, and furniture installers. This role is pivotal in leading all aspects of the manufacturing facility, ensuring the smooth operation of production, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional products in the joinery and fit-out industry.

Responsibility:

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations. Monitor production quality through regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and schedules. Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of materials to meet production demands. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs. Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in a production management role within the joinery & fit-out industry in the UAE. Strong understanding of joinery processes, materials, and industry standards. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in production management software. Candidates with
