Project Engineer
Minimum Experience: 8 years

The Project Engineer acts as a vital link between the project management team and the technical/execution teams. This role provides essential technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth flow of information, manages project documentation, and assists in coordinating various engineering disciplines. The Project Engineer is responsible for managing interfaces and helping to resolve technical queries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination and execution of project activities.
• Review project specifications, technical drawings, and documents for completeness and consistency.
• Manage the project document control process, including transmittals, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment.
• Track project action items, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical queries (TQs) and facilitate their resolution with the design team.
• Assist in the preparation of method statements, progress reports, and presentations.
• Monitor and report on the status of engineering and procurement deliverables.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering within a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle from design to construction.
• Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
