Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
2-3 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects in the UAE
Strong knowledge of local regulations and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools
Excellent site supervision, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Engineer
with
2-3 years of UAE experience
in
interior fit-out projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on interior fit-out project sites
Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion
Prepare site reports, material requests, and progress updates
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Attend client meetings and support project manager in delivering quality outcomes
Follow up on procurement and ensure timely material deliveries
Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary
