Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Project Engineer

with a strong background in

interior fit-out works

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising interior fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to project budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and specifications. Interpret and implement technical drawings and design plans. Prepare and submit site reports, project documentation, and progress updates to management. Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards. Track project budgets and control costs efficiently. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges promptly. Attend project meetings and liaise with clients and consultants as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in

interior fit-out projects

(commercial, retail, residential, etc.). Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods related to interior works. Proficiency in project management tools and AutoCAD (or similar design software). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to region).

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. Experience working with high-end interior fit-out firms. Familiarity with local building codes and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience Must have knowledge Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP). 5-8 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
