Project Engineer - Electrical / Mechanical
Job Summary:
The Project Engineer acts as the technical and administrative backbone of the project management team. You will ensure smooth communication, meticulous documentation, and efficient coordination to keep the project on track, on budget, and to the required quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all project documentation, including technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, inspection requests, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate between the design team, site supervision, client, and consultants to facilitate timely approvals and resolve technical issues.
Monitor project progress and update tracking logs for deliverables, materials, and approvals.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
Attend project meetings, record minutes of meetings (MOMs), and track action items to closure.
Support the planning and quantity surveying teams with technical data and progress information.
Ensure all site activities are aligned with the approved project schedule and budget.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in a project engineering or coordination role within an MEP contracting environment in the GCC.
Exceptional organizational skills and mastery of project documentation processes.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
