Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities on high-rise building projects.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
Review project drawings, technical specifications, and ensure proper implementation on site.
Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, and material requirements.
Ensure strict compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
Conduct site inspections and attend project meetings with clients and consultants.
Resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to construction challenges.
Monitor manpower and resource allocation to optimize site productivity.
Support the Project Manager in planning, documentation, and cost control.
