Review and execute work based on project drawings and specifications.
Oversee and manage fit-out and civil maintenance projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Supervise site activities, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely progress.
Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Optimize resources and manage workforce for efficient project execution.
