About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Project Engineer

to oversee and manage various contracting projects across

construction, renovation, civil maintenance, hardscaping, and steel structures

. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise multiple site teams and subcontractors Prepare and update project schedules, work plans, and progress reports Ensure timely execution of works as per drawings, specs, and quality standards Manage project resources, materials, and approvals Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments Monitor budgets, variations, and site productivity Handle documentation, site inspections, and handover procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Minimum 5-10 years of UAE experience

, preferably in general contracting Proven experience in managing projects across

civil, renovation, steel, and external works

Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong understanding of local regulations, standards, and authority approvals Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools

UAE driving license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

civil engineering in UAE: 5 years (Required) building construction (villas, warehouses, etc.): 1 year (Preferred) maintenance & renovation (civil): 1 year (Preferred) hardscaping & landscaping: 1 year (Preferred) steel structures (car sheds, pergolas, etc.): 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
