Wahat Alshahama Technical Works LLC is a specialized company that focuses on Fit-Out, Joinery, MEP, Interior Work projects in the United Arab Emirates.

This is a full-time role for an Project Engineer who has extensive experience in handling fitout & Maintenance projects. The Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations of different sites. The role requires working closely with the labors and providing excellent customer service clients.

s: -

Must have minimum 5 years of Interior Fit out & Joinery projects experiences. Supervise on-site activities, address issues, and ensure work progresses as per schedule. Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure implementation on-site. Enforce rules, regulations, procedures, health and safety measures at site and surpassing standards of quality. Create a project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage the budget of the assigned project. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. Lead and manage a team of laborers, assigning & ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements: -

Good Knowledge and understanding in quotation preparations, estimations, AutoCAD, Ms. Excel etc In-depth knowledge of fitout / maintenance processes, materials, and production timelines. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid UAE Driving license Ready to Join Immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
